For God So Loved Us
Enter His gates with thanksgiving in your heart; enter His courts with praise, declare that this is the day that the Lord has made, and we surely will rejoice for He has made us glad!!!
For God so loved us
You can be educated but if the vacuum is still there, you will not be fulfilled. There is no fulfillment in life without the love of God. All people want is to be loved and accepted but the source of love is God Himself. God does not love you because of who you are. He loves you because of who He is. It is his nature to love unconditionally. There is nothing that you can do to make God love you better.
When God looks at us, we are the same in His eyes and when He loves us, He loves us the same. We are all His children. It does not matter whether you stay in a shack or under a bridge or in a penthouse, God loves us the same. God does not look at us the way we look at each other.
John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”.
Salvation is God’s gift of love. His love is incomparable.
…Declaration: ‘Lord I thank you for the gift of salvation. Thank you for sending Jesus Christ to die on the cross for me. Because of your love, I am alive today. I am victorious, more than a conqueror because of Your great love’.
John 10:30, ‘I and the Father are one’. Romans 8:38, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers”.
The source of love is God. You cannot control it. You cannot demand it.
… Declaration: ‘Thank you, Lord Jesus, that when took the cruel cross, you were thinking about me and You are still thinking about you today’.
Never in your life should you ever think that God does not love you, He is always with you and will continue loving you till eternity. The same love that Jesus has must be manifested in us as believers.
1 John 4-7-18
Whatever I am experiencing is not bigger than God.
1 Corinthians 13:1, “If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal”.
1 Corinthians 13:8, “Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away”.
- Commandment 1 – Love the Lord your God with all your soul and all your might – This is the first greatest commandment. This is not tithing and prayer.
- Commandment 2 – Love your neighbor as yourself.
Deuteronomy 6:4-5, “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength”.
John 13:34-35 – “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another.”
…Declaration: Dear God, thank you that you are a loving and gracious God. Thank you that you have offered us forgiveness and the gift of human life in you, thank you that your love is perfect and never fails and that nothing can separate us from your love. We pray that our lives be filled with overflowing power of your love so that we make a difference to this world and bring honor to you. Help us to love as you love. Fill us with your spirit so we can choose what is best.
